At ARF Hamptons This Month: July 2026

Animals of the Month

AUTUMN: At seven years old, Autumn is bursting with personality and ready to bring warmth, companionship, and plenty of entertainment to her future home. After being surrendered to ARF due to allergies, this spirited orange girl is eager for a fresh start. Autumn is incredibly people oriented and thrives on attention. She loves being part of the action, happily greeting visitors and making herself comfortable wherever she goes. True to her outgoing nature, she is also quite chatty and always ready to share her thoughts. Affectionate, confident, and full of charm, Autumn has the kind of presence that instantly makes a house feel like home.

CELINE: Celine has already captured the hearts of everyone at ARF with her loving personality and soulful eyes that seem to look right into you. After arriving at ARF from Animal Control, this sweet girl has an eager to please attitude. At just a year and a half old, Celine loves meeting new people, enjoys walks, knows sit, down, and come, and is always ready for a game of fetch! While she has plenty of playful energy, she also loves quiet moments sitting on the benches at ARF, taking in the fresh air and watching the world go by. Celine would thrive in a calm, structured home as the only pet, without cats, and with children ages 8 and older. With love and consistency, this beautiful girl will become an incredibly devoted companion

Kristin brings a unique blend of creativity, business savvy, and passion for finding hidden gems. With a professional background in television production, including work in the True Crime genre, and a lifelong love of thrifting, she is uniquely suited to lead one of ARF’s most successful and cherished community destinations.

A Southampton resident, Kristin shares her home with her daughter, Scout, and their four adored cats. Her commitment to animal welfare and community engagement makes her a natural fit for ARF’s mission of rescuing, caring for, and finding loving homes for cats and dogs in need.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kristin to the ARF family,” said Kimberly Nichols, Executive Director and CEO of ARF Hamptons. “She brings tremendous energy, creativity, and a true appreciation for the treasures that make our shop so special. Most importantly, she understands that every item sold helps save the life of an animal in need. We are excited for the future under her leadership.”

The community is invited to stop by the ARF Thrift & Treasure Shop at 17 Poxabogue Lane in Sagaponack to meet Kristin, explore an ever-changing collection of furniture, home décor, artwork, fashion, antiques, and one-of-a-kind finds, and support ARF’s lifesaving mission with every purchase.
