ARF Hamptons This Month: April 2024

Animals of the Month

PUMPKIN: Friendly and playful, three-year-old Pumpkin is a gentle soul with a pleasant disposition. Pumpkin was rescued this past fall, along with 13 other felines from a hoarding/eviction situation in Suffolk County. Pumpkin is the kind of cat who can entertain herself, but also enjoys the company of her human and feline friends. She’s happiest when lounging in a sunny spot, soaking up the warmth of the sun into her fur.

LUCY: Six-year-old Lucy with her gorgeous silky black coat has a very calm but curious personality. She was adopted from ARF as a puppy with her brother, Leo, and they recently came back to ARF when their family could no longer take care of them. She is house-trained, knows her basic commands, walks well on a leash, and loves to give hugs. Her kind eyes and loving nature are sure to lure you in! Lucy would not mind a home of her own, as she can be selective with her canine friends, but she would love to go home with her brother Leo if possible.
