The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF) had another successful Stroll to the Sea, a walk from East Hampton Mulford Farm to Main Beach. Hundreds of dogs and their humans had a morning of meeting and greeting one another over Dreesen’s donuts, Dylan’s candy, Goldbergs bagels, fresh coffee and apple cider and snacks for the pups. A silent auction offered designer bags and jewelry, local restaurant gift cards, gift baskets for dogs and their owners and custom items like a pet photo shoot. A photobooth was available for participants to snap shots of their canines and friends as well as pet competitions, games and entertainment.
A supporter of ARF, designer Isaac Mizrahi created the signature t-shirt free to participants and commenced the two-mile walk to and from the beach. The event is a joyful opportunity to bring those together that support ARF, animals and the mission to save and rescue animals in need.
