NYMRC is dedicated to preserving and protecting our marine environment through conservation efforts including education, rehabilitation, and research. Public support makes it possible for us to operate the primary sea turtle and pinniped rehab facility in New York State, as well as conduct our many research and education programs designed to inspire conservation of our marine environment. This event will support the rescue and rehabilitation of NY State’s coldstunned sea turtles.
The 2024/25 Cold Stun Season brought NYMRC a historic, recording breaking number of calls to our stranding hotline, at 150 calls. Kemp’s ridley’s are the most critically endangered species NYMRC treats each year.
NYMRC is seeking sponsorships and donations to help make this event a success! View our Sponsorship Package at: https://nymarinerescue.org/how-to-help/#sponsor
