THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE…

INFANCY
Time is measured in emotion
Cry eat sleep
Blink
Wink
drink

CHILDHOOD
Boredom adds to INFANCY
Time passes slowly
Time slows and flexes
Touch your toes
Touch your nose
Anything goes

JUVENILE
Reflection is added to CHILDHOOD and INFANCY
Monotony is the iterative experience
and distillate of boredom
Learn to feel
Learn to steal
Learn what’s real

ADOLESCENCE
Habit is added to JUVENILE, CHILDHOOD, INFANCY
Routine diminishes time to countless
ticks between atomistic iterations
that become routine
Boredom congeals and compresses and hardens.
Leave alone
Leave the home
leave and groan

ADULT
time shortens into oneiric states
longing for the good old days of
ADOLESCENCE, JUVENILE, CHILDHOOD, INFANCY
One day is like the other
Time is overcome with grey
Nothing new happens until the end
Death is fear
Death is near
Death is clear
