Husband and wife team, Jan and Chet, are the owners of O’Murphy’s. Coming up with the menu selections are a fine team of chefs, with Ernesto Sanchez running the kitchen as lead chef and Chefs Shane Heneghen and Tato Estrella.

For mussel lovers, try their mussels in a garlic white wine and heavy cream sauce or marinara for $14.95…over linguine it’s $20.95 (served with garlic bread) and a HUGE portion is placed in front of you! Also be sure to try their new menu offerings such as Seared Tortilla Crusted Salmon Fillet served with rice pilaf, garden vegetable and black bean mango relish; Pan Roasted Rack of Lamb served with garlic mashed potato, grilled asparagus, fried polenta and shallot peppercorn cognac reduction; Bacon Wrapped Grilled Fillet Mignon topped with a blue cheese crust, served with red bliss mashed potatoe, and sauteed spinach drizzled with a Bordelaise sauce; or the Gemelli Pasta with chicken, bacon, shiitake mushrooms and fresh asparaguse in a light Merlot cream sauce.
