Montauk Fine Arts Festival

The Montauk Fine Arts Festival returns this year on Memorial Day weekend, May 23rd-25th.  This year, the show shifts its location to the Green in the heart of Montauk, providing a more attractive venue that is readily accessible to Montauk Hwy and within a block of most downtown businesses and restaurants.  The event and parking are both free to the public.

In its inaugural year (2008) the Montauk Fine Arts Festival was awarded a ranking as the #55 top fine art show in the country.  This enhances both the show and Montauk’s reputations as a destination for fine arts.  This event gives patrons and visitors the opportunity to view and purchase some of the most beautiful  and creative artwork exhibited anywhere in the United States.  This is artwork produced by the top artisans around the country and thus is artwork not typically found in shows or galleries on Long Island or in New York City.  Come meet the artists where you can have the unique opportunity to discuss their techniques and sources of inspiration, adding value to your artwork purchase.

Patrons of the arts will find something for everyone among the 95 artisans and millions of dollars of artwork exhibited at the event.  You will find artwork that covers a wide gamut of media and prices, including original paintings and sculpture and unique, one-of-a-kind clothing and jewelry.  Showcased will be works in clay, drawing/pastel, clothing/fiber, furniture/wood, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed-media, painting, photography, print-making and sculpture
