The Montauk Chamber of Commerce has announced its 2 Day Annual Fall Festival which will be held on Saturday October 6th and Sunday October 7th from noon – 5pm.

On Saturday the Chamber-sponsored family-friendly festival kicks off with its Famous Chowder Tasting contest. Activities include a 30 horse Carousel, inflatable rides, face painting, pumpkin decorating, games for kids, live music with the Nancy Atlas Project, October-fest style food, wine and beer tasting for adults. A Fireworks display will conclude the exciting day. The Grucci show, “Stars over Montauk” will begin at 7pm at Umbrella beach, _ mile west of town and can be seen in town as well as on all beaches from Gurney’s Inn to the Atlantic Terrace Resort east of town.

Sunday the Festival continues with additional activities under the tent including the Annual Chinese auction, a fund raiser sponsored by the Montauk Community Center Playhouse Foundation. There will be a variety of over 100 items such as gift baskets, merchandise, and gift certificates donated by local businesses. There will be live music and baked goods too!

It will be your last chance to buy Chamber Cash Catch raffle tickets over the week-end. The drawing for the grand cash prize of and 17 other cash prizes will take place Sunday afternoon. Tickets are only $50.00 each.
